Grimstrup Maskiner has been supplying machinery and equipment for fish farming and improving the aquatic environment for almost 60 years. We ensure that our customers are at the center, and that product development takes place in close collaboration with the user. We will shape Grimstrup Maskiner in line with market developments and the customer’s future needs and focus on creating customized solutions with high operational reliability and minimal maintenance costs. Grimstrup Maskiner has been owned by the Højrup family since 1967. As part of a generational change, Jan and Per Højrup sold the company on May 1, 2016 to Niels Vestergaard, who is now the owner and CEO of the company. Ronni Jørgensen became a co-owner of the company in 2018 and on a daily basis he is responsible for purchasing and project management within the fish farming sector. Kasper Buhl became a co-owner in 2026 and is our foreman and service manager.
